Pinwheel cookies!

I love baking...
I had seen these interesting cookies on line and told myself I got try and make this. Let me tell you these cookies were defiantly a process . Both cookie dough are made from scratch and they also have be refrigerated for 4 hours before rolling them with a rolling pin . The best way to make them is to watch your time on how long there in the oven you want to get them just right so there cook all the way but still very soft when you bite into them. Here the long process it took me make them. I love a challenge and this one was one for sure .
